FaiFit – Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. That's why we give you 14 days to return or exchange your order, no stress, no confusion.

✅ What Items Can Be Returned

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, the wrong size, or undamaged in any way.
  • All photos on our website are real photos of our products. Sometimes colours may look slightly different on your screen because of lighting or screen settings. This is not a reason for return.
  • Sale items cannot be refunded — only a size exchange is allowed, within 7 days of delivery.
  • If you want a refund, you will need to send the item back to us yourself. The item is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse.
  • After we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 working days. Please note: delivery charges cannot be refunded.

🏷️ About Sale Items

  • Sale items can only be exchanged for a different size, not refunded, and only within 7 days.
  • If the sale has finished by the time we process your exchange, the regular price will apply.

🚫 When We Cannot Give a Refund or Exchange

We're unable to give a refund or exchange if:

  • You contact us after 14 days have passed
  • The item is damaged because of misuse
  • You simply changed your mind or did not check the product details before ordering

🔄 How to Exchange an Item

  1. Contact our support team as soon as possible after receiving your order.
  2. Tell us:
    • Your order number
    • The reason for exchange
    • The item/size you want instead
    • A photo of the item you received, if needed
  3. There is a Rs. 300 charge for the exchange.

If the size you want is out of stock (for sale items), you have two choices:

  • Get a voucher to use on a future order, or
  • Pick a different item that is available, and pay any price difference.

💵 How to Get a Refund

  1. Contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. After we confirm, send the item to the address we give you.
  3. Send us the courier receipt as proof you sent it.
  4. We will complete your refund within 7 working days after receiving and checking the item.

📌 Note: Delivery charges are not refunded.
