🚚 Shipping Policy

  • Free delivery on all orders above Rs. 2,000
  • Orders below Rs. 2,000 carry a flat delivery charge of Rs. 250
  • We partner with all major courier services across Pakistan — just let us know your preferred courier when ordering, and we'll do our best to accommodate it
  • Standard delivery takes 3 to 4 working days, depending on your city (may vary slightly during peak sales and holiday seasons)
  • We deliver to residential and commercial addresses only — we're unable to deliver to PO boxes
  • A signature is required on delivery; our courier partner will make up to two delivery attempts at the provided address
  • We do not dispatch orders on Sundays or Pakistan's national holidays
