📦 Delivery Charges and Shipping Policy

FaiFit offers free standard shipping for all orders over PKR 2,000 within Pakistan. For orders below PKR 2,500, a shipping fee of PKR 250 applies.

We only deliver to residential or commercial addresses. We do not deliver to PO boxes. You need to sign for your order when you receive it.

We only accept payments in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

🔄 Returns and Exchanges

We offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused products. Contact our customer service team for instructions.

You will need to pay for the shipping cost of returning or exchanging the product.
